Unlimited, no-fee changes during your database build: We know that the best studies are built when we work together seamlessly, that’s why we ramp up quickly and provide you access into the database in as little as two weeks so you can start exploring and providing feedback and revisions. Instead of focusing on tracking rounds and change orders, we focus on building you the best study possible without any surprise cost increases.
No per user/seat fees: We never charge on a per user or per seat basis. If you have one, three or six coordinators working on a site, there’s no additional cost. The same thing applies from a sponsor perspective, we want as many people at each site to have access as you need, so all project stakeholders can have real-time access to your study data.
A Services Credit on each study: With every project that we do we offer an Axiom Services Credit. You can apply your credit to any changes that are required once the study has launched. This allows our clients to take care of a few things that come up post-launch, without having to look at additional costs.
