As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects and ensuring responsive, timely communication with our clients and sites. You will work closely with the Manager of Customer Care, other Project Managers and Axiom’s CEO in an office with an energetic, hard-working and fun group of colleagues.

Activities will include:

  • Ongoing management of projects and associated initiatives and site activities
  • Defining timelines, milestones and limitations for project staff
  • Effective management of the development of study forms and reports
  • Communicating timely, appropriate project information to project teams, sponsor, sponsor vendors and sites
  • Implementation and testing of forms and reports within Axiom’s software suite
  • Development and implementation of training and ongoing support for clients
  • Data entry and review
  • Contract approvals and payment related tasks
  • Manage customer care-related issues resulting from projects
  • Development/management of project expenses/time entries and related tracking and updates
  • Development of internal and external communications

Role pre-requisites:

  • 2 years project management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook
  • Experience in Clinical Research Project Management
  • Familiarity with databases
  • Enthusiastic, smart, resourceful, analytical
  • Well-developed written and communication skills
  • Perceptive listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work within tight timelines when required
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment

Axiom Real-Time Metrics, a leading provider of clinical trial software and solutions, is looking for Customer Care Representatives to join our growing team.  You are the first point of contact with customers and end-users, and as such will promote the professional service that mirrors the quality of development/implementation of Axiom products. Axiom’s Customer Care team members are what we like to call our Directors of Long Lasting Impressions!

Successful candidates will bring their outgoing, friendly and professional personality to the role in order to best serve our clients and ensure their satisfaction.  You are a great conversationalist on the phone and know how to write thoughtful, clear, and helpful emails that our clients will come to rely on. Past positions should involve working with people; areas could include retail, prior customer service roles, or hotel hospitality. We will not be hiring technical candidates for our Customer Care roles.

You will work closely with the Manager of Customer Care, other help representatives, and Axiom’s CEO in an office with an energetic, hard-working and fun group of colleagues. Activities will include:

  •  Provide professional assistance to clients with customer service and technical inquiries
  • Track and report on call status, client care reporting

  • Participate in the ongoing management and implementation of new software updates
  • Collaborate with the Client Management Team during initiation, maintenance and close-out of projects, this will include training, client communications, implementation of new/updated tools, data entry, and validation
